Domestic Shipping and Charges

Orders within the continental United States or to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS Priority Mail for a flat shipping fee of $5.99. In order to provide our customers with an affordable shipping cost, we reserve the right to choose between these two shipping methods. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $8.99 via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping Charges

All international orders, including Canada, are shipped via UPS or USPS Global Priority Mail, and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery. Rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Please specify your destination and e-mail us for rates.

Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of the product, returns are not possible.

Foreign Duties and Taxes?

Our pricing does not include duties, insurance costs or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.

How Do I Pay For An International Order?

All prices listed are in United States dollars. At the present time, we are only accepting bank money orders for shipment of Nu-Liver to international destinations. Please e-mail us for total costs.
